As the IKAWA Home app and the IKAWAHOME.com are hosted on different platforms this means that you will need to create a separate account for both. 

Although it is possible to use the same details for both. 

App Create an account 

To create an account for the IKAWA Home APP 

Select Sign up

Add your details and accept Privacy Policy 

Verify your account - this is an email sent to your email account used to sign up. NB - this may go to your SPAM or Junk folder. 

Sign in to your IKAWA Home app account

Creating an account for ikawahome.com 

If you have just completed a purchase you will be given the option to create an account. Simply follow the steps. 

If you do not have an account select the Account Icon

Complete the form and select Submit. 

Once you have completed these steps you will then be able to use these details every time you place an order, track your order and see your IKAWA Credits balance.
