My roaster won't turn on.

 If your IKAWA Home Coffee Roaster is no longer working and is not under warranty, contact the team at for assistance. If any defect arises due to faulty materials or workmanship, faulty products must be returned to IKAWA for repair or replacement.

The following conditions apply:

1 - The product must be installed and used in accordance with the instructions contained in this instruction guide.

2 - The product is for household use only. Commercial use of this product will invalidate the warranty.

3 - It does not cover wear and tear, damage, misuse or consumable parts.

4 - IKAWA has no responsibility for incidental or consequential loss or damage.
