We will be discontinuing our IKAWA Home range of products, with the official end date of IKAWA Home’s website set for September 30, 2025.

This decision comes as part of our commitment to focusing on new and innovative solutions. We are incredibly grateful to have been at the forefront of the Home roasting revolution that is happening in kitchens and home brew bars worldwide. 

What this means for you:

• Support Availability: Our team will continue to provide customer support and service until 1st of January 2027. After September 30, 2025, no further updates, or enhancements will be provided for the IKAWA Home product line.The IKAWA Home app will be available to use until 31st December, 2026. After 1st January, 2027, our goal is to provide an app solution to use the IKAWA Home system. 

• Alternative Product Recommendations and Upgrades: For IKAWA Home customers, we will be offering recommendations for alternative green coffee sources to ensure that you are not without. You can find our list here… And we are still continuing on with our industry leading IKAWA Pro Sample Roasters, which are a great option for those who would like to continue developing on their roasting journey. Our customer service team is available to guide you through the best options for you and the region you are in. 

• Final Orders: We will continue to sell the IKAWA Home roasting system until July 2025. New IKAWA Home roasting system users will have access to the 1-year warranty from purchase and support through January 2027.
