I have an IKAWA Home - What does this mean for me?

We will be discontinuing our IKAWA Home range of products, with the official end date of IKAWA Home’s website set for September 30, 2025.

This decision comes as part of our commitment to focusing on new and innovative solutions. We are incredibly grateful to you, our customers, who have been a part of the Home roasting revolution that is happening in kitchens and home brew bars worldwide. 

What this means for you as a customer:

  • Support Availability: Our team will continue to provide customer support and service until 1st of January 2027. 

    • IKAWA Home App: After September 30, 2025, no further updates, or enhancements will be provided for the IKAWA Home app. The IKAWA Home app will be available to use until 31st December, 2026. After 1st January, 2027, our goal is to provide an app solution to use the IKAWA Home system. 

    • IKAWA Home 1-year limited warranty: Any IKAWA Home roasting system purchased through www.ikawahome.com prior to September 30th, 2025 will be able to utilise the 1-year limited warranty.

    • IKAWA Home repairs and servicing: IKAWA will continue to provide quotes for out-of-warranty repairs and services up until 31st of December, 2026. Please note that pricing for any out-of-warranty repairs and services will be priced based on the repair or service needed and the location that the roaster would need to be collected from and shipped back to. 

  • Alternative Product Recommendations and Upgrades: For IKAWA Home customers, we will for alternative green coffee sources to ensure that you are not without(you can find a list of green coffee sources here)… And we are still continuing on with our industry leading IKAWA Pro Sample Roasters, which are a great option for those who would like to continue developing on their roasting journey. Our customer service team is available to guide you through the best options for you and the region you are in. 

  • Final Orders: We will continue to sell green coffee and accessories through IKAWA Home's website until the 30th of September. 

  • IKAWA Credit: IKAWA Credit will no longer accrue on Coffee and Accessory orders. If you have any IKAWA Credit on your account, it is advised that you use it or lose it before 30th of September, 2025.
