We will be discontinuing our IKAWA Home range of products, with the official end date of IKAWA Home’s website set for September 30, 2025.
What this means for you as a customer:

Support Availability: Our team will continue to provide customer support and service until 1st of January 2027.

IKAWA Home App: After September 30, 2025, no further updates, or enhancements will be provided for the IKAWA Home app. The IKAWA Home app will be available to use until 31st December, 2026. After 1st January, 2027, our goal is to provide an app solution to use the IKAWA Home system.

IKAWA Home 1-year limited warranty: Any IKAWA Home roasting system purchased through www.ikawahome.com prior to September 30th, 2025 will be able to utilise the 1-year limited warranty.

IKAWA Home repairs and servicing: IKAWA will continue to provide quotes for out-of-warranty repairs and services up until 31st of December, 2026. Please note that pricing for any out-of-warranty repairs and services will be priced based on the repair or service needed and the location that the roaster would need to be collected from and shipped back to.
