Where is my order?

Upon ordering your roaster you shall receive an order confirmation and a dispatch notice, this will include your tracking number. Your tracking information may take a couple of days to update.

Due to increased demand, we are currently working to a lead time of 4-10 weeks from date of dispatch. If you have placed an order we will keep you updated via email. 

These can be tracked via the DHL website  or the Royal Mail

For orders within the UK, we use two different services 

Royal Mail - up to 3 days once dispatched 

DHL - up to 48 hours 

For international orders, we use two different service

Royal Mail - up to 10 working days once dispatched 

DHL - up to 8 working days once dispatched. 

Note that time may be added dispatch times due to customs and import checks. You can sign up for tracking updates from the shipping provider and will be contacted by them directly if they require any additional information from you.

We do not offer collections from IKAWA HQ
