Sometimes, mistakes happen and you may accidentally load the wrong green coffee into the roaster. You can extract any unwanted coffee from your roaster by accessing the hidden turbo blowover option.

To access the turbo blower, press and hold down the 'go' button for 5-10 seconds. It will then blink, like it has just done a roast and is ready to blowover the roasted coffee. Press the blinking go button and it will force 100% fan speed air through the roast chamber, forcing anything that is in the roast chamber into the collection jar.
