Before attempting any maintenance ensure that the roaster is unplugged from any power source and that the roaster is at room temperature. The jars can be wiped with a damp cloth to remove any buildup of chaff and oils. The cork should not get wet. The jar cannot go in the dishwasher or microwave.

To clean the glass lid, first, remove the doser then remove the glass lid by pulling upwards on each side (the lid is attached magnetically).

You can wash the glass lid including the metal vent with warm, soapy water. The lid cannot go in the dishwasher or microwave.

We do not recommend cleaning the inside the bottom of the roasting chamber of the roasting chamber or cyclone as there is a risk of moisture getting into the roaster.

Any build-up of oils or chaff will not have an impact on the results of your roast.

And we do recommend giving the roaster a light dusting with a dry microfibre cloth after each use. This will remove any chaff or coffee oils.
