Returning a Faulty Roaster

If you experience issues with your roaster and are required to return the roaster to us for warranty, repair or maintenance please contact us to arrange collection. 

We will arrange collection from the original shipping address for the soonest availability. If you have a specific date and time that works for us please let us know. 

Once we have arranged a collection for you, ensure that the roaster is well packed, with accessories in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging ensure the roaster is well packed to guarantee that it arrives with us safely and securely. 

If you have since moved to a country or region that we do not currently ship to you will need to provide us with import documents so we can ensure a smooth collection and inform our shipping provider. 

It may be the case that we are not able to support a collection. In this instance, you will be responsible to arrange the shipping and collection back to IKAWA HQ for repair.
