My roaster won't turn on.

 If your IKAWA Home Coffee Roaster is no longer working and is not under warranty, contact the team at hereforyou@ikawahome.com for assistance. If any defect arises due to faulty materials or workmanship, faulty products must be returned to IKAWA for repair or replacement.

The following conditions apply:

1 - The product must be installed and used in accordance with the instructions contained in this instruction guide.

2 - The product is for household use only. Commercial use of this product will invalidate the warranty.

3 - It does not cover wear and tear, damage, misuse or consumable parts.

4 - IKAWA has no responsibility for incidental or consequential loss or damage.
