We do love meeting our customer out and about but we are unable to welcome visitors at our workshop at this time. Occasionally, we offer factory tours which are structured and scheduled. If you are curious as to whether there are any factory tours available, please email hereforyou@ikawacoffee.com

All orders are shipped out from our Engate Street location. At the moment, we are only able to ship IKAWA Home to the following countries: UK, Europe, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, The United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Kuwait and Taiwan. This is due to the fact that the IKAWA Home meets the home appliance certification requirements of these countries.
