We have all had the experience of choosing auto-fill at checkout and before your know it, the wrong details have been entered. Have no fear, if this is the case with your order, we can change the delivery details for you. 

If the shipping address is incorrect, we can change the address prior to your package leaving our workshop. Please email us at hereforyou@ikawacoffee.com in order to bring our attention to any details that may need to be changed. 

We ship any parcel that is over 2KG via DHL Express and anything under 2KG via Royal Mail. If you require us to hold off on delivery, just drop us a line and we can arrange delivery of any DHL Express parcel for a date that suits you. We are unable to arrange delivery at a chosen date with any Royal Mail parcels.
