The challenges of cost-effective shipping, particularly internationally, have intensified recently. As part of our efforts to develop a sustainable alternative way of trading green coffee, we're changing our shipping.
Effective from the 29th of March 2022, we are introducing tiered shipping charges based on location and the total weight of each order. Though these changes may impact how accessible our offerings are to you, we believe they will more fairly reflect the costs involved to distribute green beans.
As always, shipping of the IKAWA Home Roaster will remain free. You may incur taxes or duties if you are outside of the UK, so make sure you are aware of these before ordering.
