Depending on your location and the size of your order, your order may ship with several of our chosen couriers. 

For orders under 2KG, we use Royal Mail for both UK and international orders. Depending on Royal Mail's capacity, we may default to DPD for coffee and accessories shipments. The delivery window for these shipments varies widely depending on location of delivery and courier capacity. Depending on location and order value, import and customs duties may be due prior to delivery.

IKAWA Home roasting systems are shipped via DHL Express, and occasionally DPD, depending on DHL's capacity. Any IKAWA Home roasting system delivered outside of the UK may have customs and import duties due prior to delivery. Our couriers will reach out to you separately for payment of these duties prior to delivery. Please note that taxes and duties are outside of our offer of Free shipping on IKAWA Home Roasting Systems.
