We introduced the Roaster Subscription to lower the up-front cost of the IKAWA Home Roasting System and make roasting at home more affordable. The Roaster Subscription is not available for new IKAWA Home customers.

If you are an existing Roaster Subscription customer, your monthly subscription payments are converted directly into IKAWA Credit, at the GBP value of your payment, which is yours to spend in the IKAWA Home Shop on green coffee, accessories, and shipping.

Roaster Subscription is no longer available. The IKAWA Home Roasting System is for personal use only and is not for use in a commercial setting.

Terms and Conditions for the subscription can be found here

If roasting coffee at home does not work out for you, just email us at hereforyou@ikawacoffee.com and we’ll help arrange the subscription cancellation and return of the equipment. The starter pack of green coffee is on us, but we can't accept returns or give refunds for the additional green coffee you may have purchased.

If you want to cancel your contract after the 30 days cooling-off period and within the 24-month minimum term, you will be required to pay a termination fee of 50% of the total monthly subscription payments left of your 24-month minimum term. You can use any unused credit on your account towards this termination fee.

The IKAWA Home Roasting System is yours to keep, and any remaining credit on your account will remain there for you to use for 24 months after it’s added. IKAWA Credits cannot be refunded.

After the 24-month term, your subscription will automatically end.

Please read carefully our full Term and Termination policy in Section 7 of our Terms and Conditions here.
